Feel it, or your money back.

Digital goods are usually sold final. We do not do that, because we would rather you kept your money than kept a file you never open.

The policy

If an Expert Frequency Program does nothing for you, write to hi@quantumwaves.ai within 30 days of your order and we will refund it in full.

• No form to fill in, and no window to miss inside those 30 days.
• You do not have to justify it. “It wasn’t for me” is a complete reason.
• Quote your order number if you have it; your email address is enough if you do not.
• You do not need to delete the file. We are not going to check.

What happens

We process refunds the same business day we read your message. The money returns via Stripe to the card you paid with, and usually lands within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You will get an email when we send it.

More than one Expert Frequency Program

If you bought several at once and want to refund only part of the order, we will refund the Expert Frequency Programs you are returning and leave the rest as they are. If that works out worse for you for any reason, we will simply refund the lot — tell us and we will do the arithmetic in your favour.

Statutory rights

This policy sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. If you are in the UK or EU, note that by downloading immediately you may waive the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content — our 30-day promise is deliberately more generous than that.

Fraud

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles across many orders.
