Each paid Expert Frequency Program includes a 45-minute audio download, with a lossless WAV master. The file is yours to keep and return to as part of your practice. No app or subscription is needed.

With a paid Expert Frequency Program, you can select Prayer Request in your cart before checkout and write the intention you would like Kahu Kāhealani to hold in prayer. The request is optional and included in your purchase. If you select it, your prayer intention is required.

Prayer Request and Personalized Mastery Frequency Program are separate choices. You may select either or both; each has its own intention field.

When selected, all of these details are required: birth name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, current location and your MFP intention. Birth time is essential to this request.

The pule and oli are offered by Kahu Kāhealani, who received the Sacred Hā breath from the kahuna Papa K. Kepilino in 2008 along with permission to offer that blessing to others, and who studied lomilomi and hoʻoponopono with Aunty Margaret Machado. In her own words: she does not profess this to be the only way. Chants that are not hers to give are not used.
